Your primary responsibility will be to organize and execute various events, such as town halls, Xmas lunches, and other internal gatherings, ensuring seamless logistics and effective stakeholder management.
You will also assist in creating impactful social media content, update intranet content, and manage internal approval circuits for materials used in communications and public affairs strategy.
In addition, you will support key external corporate events and programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business programs that address patient needs, and help coordinate awareness campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, International Relations, Public Affairs, or a related field, and possess strong project management skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant subject is preferred. Fluency in written and verbal Portuguese and English is essential, and previous experience in social media and digital communications, including copywriting, and basic knowledge of graphic design and editing software are desirable.
