Your mission will be…
* Providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders on SI Buildings products and applications, including: Valves, actuators, damper actuators, variable speed drives, HVAC sensors, BMS controllers, and related software for building automation;
* Organizing and delivering training sessions on the setup, programming and application of automation products;
* Collaborating regularly with cross-functional teams and participating in periodic meetings with international colleagues and Global Tech Units;
* Supporting the localization and adaptation of technical documentation and training materials for the Portuguese market;
* Assisting with the launch of new products and updates, ensuring an effective rollout to stakeholders;
* Monitoring relevant market developments and customer needs, sharing observations with the wider team.
Your success will be supported by...
* A customer-oriented attitude, with strong communication and teamwork skills;
* Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts related to building automation;
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning;
* Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English for effective communication with international teams.
We are looking for someone with…
* Engineering degree, preferably in electronics, automation, industrial engineering, or a related field;
* Previous experience (internship or first job) in technical support, product/application engineering or presales is a plus;
* Interest in building automation technologies and digital solutions for smart infrastructure;
* Motivation to develop in an international, multicultural environment.
