We are looking for an experiencedSAP Data Migration Consultantwith strong expertise inECC to S/4HANA migrations, focusing onSelective Data Transition (Bluefield)andBrownfieldapproaches usingSNP CrystalBridge / SNP SDTtools.
You will play a key role in complex SAP transformation programs, working closely with functional and technical teams throughout the full migration lifecycle — from blueprint to hypercare.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute SAP data migration activities for ECC ? S/4HANA programs usingSNP CrystalBridge / SDT
Design and implementSelective Data Transition (Bluefield)andBrownfieldmigration scenarios
Execute and supportmigration mocks, cutover planning, go-live andhypercarephases
Analyze and manage large SAP data volumes, ensuring performance, consistency and data integrity
Work closely with functional streams (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.) to align technical and business requirements
Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize data migration strategies in complex SAP landscapes
Detailed Responsibilities & Technical ScopeAnalyze SAPmaster and transactional data structuresand their impact in S/4HANA
Configure and operateSNP migration tools, including object selection, transformation rules and reconciliation
Supportdata validation, testing cycles and reconciliationactivities
Collaborate with SAP architects, functional consultants and business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and Accenture delivery standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of migration methodologies and assets
Mandatory RequirementsStrong hands-on experience inSAP Data Migration
Proven experience withSNP CrystalBridge / SNP SDT
Solid background inSelective Data Transition (Bluefield)migrations
Relevant participation inECC ? S/4HANAmigration projects, preferably in complex environments
Strong knowledge of SAP data models and migration processes (Blueprint, Mocks, Cutover)
Experience working with large data volumes and performance-critical tables
Nice to HaveExperience in multiple SAP functional areas (FI/CO/SD/MM integration scenarios)
Exposure to international or multi-system SAP landscapes
SAP S/4HANA migration certifications
