Role DefinitionTheContent Creator / Editorial Associateis responsible for producing, structuring, and maintaining written and digital content across multiple platforms and brands.

You will work closely with leadership, creative direction, and project owners to ensure that what we publish is:
Accurate
Structured
Intentionally worded
Consistent across time, not just campaigns
Core Responsibilities1.
Editorial & WritingYou will write and edit content for:
Websites
Digital brochures and documents
Project descriptions and internal-to-external translations
Selected social and campaign materials
You will be expected to:
Turn complex internal thinking into clear external language
Revise and correct existing content where structure or meaning has degraded
2. Content Integrity & StructureYou will be responsible for:
Maintaining consistency of tone, hierarchy, and terminology
Ensuring content does not drift into empty marketing language
Protecting meaning during revisions, translations, and adaptations
This role valuesprecision over volume.
3. Execution & CoordinationYou will:
Prepare content for publication with designers and developers
Adapt content across formats (long-form vs short-form)
Deliver work within agreed timelines and revision cycles
Reliability is part of the job, not a bonus.
Required QualificationsDemonstrated experience in content creation, editorial work, or digital publishing
Strong written English (mandatory)
Ability to write clearly without exaggeration or filler
Comfort working with feedback, revisions, and structured processes
Proven reliability and follow-through
Preferred (Not Mandatory)Portuguese proficiency
Background in sports, culture, education, or media
Experience in multi-brand or international environments
Familiarity with CMS tools, Notion, or structured content pipelines
