Hotel Concierge Job Description As a hotel concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.
This includes greeting and assisting them upon arrival and departure, handling and storing their luggage, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance and lobby, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Greet and assist guests: Provide a warm and professional service upon arrival and departure, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
Handle and store luggage: Safely manage guests' luggage in an organized manner, ensuring their belongings are always in good condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization: Ensure the hotel entrance and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming, creating a positive first impression.
Provide information: Offer guests detailed information about hotel services, available transportation, and local attractions, always with a proactive attitude.
Communicate with the front desk: Maintain constant communication, staying informed about arrivals, departures, and any special guest requests, including VIP arrivals.
Respond promptly to any guest request or complaint, ensuring quick, efficient, and professional resolution.
Requirements Education: Training in hospitality or tourism.
Languages: Portuguese.
Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel operations, service-oriented attitude, customer service techniques, access control and evacuation procedures and communication skills.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
