We are seeking an entry-level professional to fill the role of a Glazier in Funchal, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Measure and cut glass according to specified dimensions
* Install glass in frames using putty, screws, or other materials
* Secure glass panes with clips, moldings, or other fasteners
* Replace broken or damaged glass
* Cut and install mirrors
* Fabricate aluminum frames for installation of glass panels
* Clean and smooth edges of installed glass
* Utilize tools such as power saws, drills, grinders, and cutting wheels
Requirements and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to learn new skills and follow established safety procedures
* Excellent teamwork and independent work skills
* Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work at heights on ladders or scaffolding
