Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
You will join the Procurement Team in Porto and support the MyBuy (SAP Ariba) users community, and ensure a smooth operation of the system. You will be the first point of support for users, investigating system issues and helping to resolve them, working closely with internal and external IT teams.
* ARIBA Stakeholder Engagement: Be responsible for communication with local purchasing organizations and suppliers
* Process Quality: Ensure quality and effectiveness of the processes and secure compliance by applying tight controls. Provide accurate information/solutions and timely reporting
* User and Supplier Support: Answer questions, offer support/advice, and conduct training upon need
* User Maintenance: Set up new users and manage authorizations
* Tool Incident & Problem Management: Support the resolution/identification of operational issues within the tool
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You enjoy supporting others, solving problems, and working collaboratively in an international team. You are a strong communicator and have a passion for technology
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT Systems, or related
* Tools & Systems: Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus
* Working Style: Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
* Languages: Fluency in English; German is a plus
