Job Description:
Linum Consult's client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are currently seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join their team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire business development process; using and updating the CRM system
- Seeking new business opportunities
- Prospecting companies looking to implement activities on a national level, in line with the strategy defined by the company's Business Development department
- Maintaining and developing your network of contacts and information likely to generate new business opportunities for the company
- Participating in networking events
- Establishing specific Customer Account Plans (developing and defining a sales strategy and action plan)
- Determining the commercial environment of offers to establish the appropriate sales strategy to obtain maximum added value
- Executing account plans and updating the sales strategy and action plan to identify and qualify projects; making binding commercial offers for the company's technical resources; signing design & build contracts with performance commitments
Profile
- Degree qualified in Business Development, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- At least 10 years of experience in selling turnkey construction projects
- Strong knowledge of urbanisation, construction legislation, and financial aspects of construction projects
- Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese, with English or French an advantage
