Key accountabilities:
* Develop and execute detailed test and commissioning plans according to project requirements and technical specifications.
* Conduct on-site testing and commissioning of
electrical
and automation equipment, verifying functionality and compliance.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth commissioning processes.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and commissioning records.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and standards during all activities.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and commissioning activities and report to management.
* Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure the availability and quality of equipment and services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases.
* Participate actively in project meetings and provide status updates.
Required Experience:
* Minimum
5
years of professional experience in Testing & Commissioning.
* Comfortable working extensively on-site for several consecutive weeks, with the ability to return home on weekends.
* Willingness to work occasionally during night shifts as required by the project.
* Proficient and comfortable working with e
lectronic equipment such as circuit breakers, multimeters, and handling wiring connections.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and commissioning procedures.
* Good communication skills in English;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
