We count on you to:
* sourcing potential candidates that comply with our culture and vision
* be the owner of a differentiating Recruitment Process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
* partner with hiring managers to identify key needs and requirements
* application screenings and interviews
* create and maintain a Talent Pipeline
* keep candidates and all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the selection process
* give inputs and ideas to the team
For that, you must:
* be people-driven
* have experience recruiting IT profiles (max. 3 years)
* have experience with ATS (do you want to know what is ours?)
* face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
* develop your emotional intelligence
* orientation towards objectives and results
* ability to communicate in English
* willing to go to the office (3 times/week)
