SAP Source-to-Pay Consultant

Job Description
* Analyze and document end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes including sourcing, procurement, supplier collaboration, and invoice processing to identify improvement opportunities aligned with SAP capabilities.
* Configure and customize SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), Ariba, and/or S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement to support purchasing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and invoice verification.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, logistics, and IT to gather requirements and design effective S2P solutions.
* Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT), prepare user training materials, and support successful adoption of Source-to-Pay processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S2P-related functional and technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to procurement and supply chain operations.
* Participate in SAP projects including greenfield implementations, rollouts, and upgrades with a focus on procurement and supplier management functionality.
* Support integration of S2P processes with other SAP modules such as FI (invoice/payment processing), WM (inventory), and SRM or Ariba (strategic sourcing).
* Maintain procurement master data including purchasing info records, source lists, vendor master data, and contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM or S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement; experience with SAP Ariba is a strong plus.
* Strong understanding of procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor management.
* Experience with direct and indirect procurement models, catalog management, and strategic sourcing is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with integration points between procurement and FI (accounts payable), WM (goods movement), and SD (drop shipments, third-party orders).
* Experience writing functional specifications for procurement-related enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
* Solid understanding of compliance, spend visibility, and supplier risk management in procurement environments.
* Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori procurement apps is a strong advantage.
* Fluency in English is required.
