Senior Elastic Engineer / Consultant We are looking for a senior-level professional to join our team and work on Elastic Stack-based projects and services, supporting clients across the full lifecycle — from technical pre-sales to implementation, operations, and continuous improvement.
This role blends a consultative mindset with hands-on execution, operating across both project delivery and managed services environments.
About the Role You will be responsible for leading the evolution, operation, and optimization of Elastic-based platforms, supporting use cases such as observability, search, analytics, and security, while ensuring high levels of availability, scalability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain solutions based on Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats) Ensure platform stability, performance, and high availability in critical environments Diagnose and resolve complex incidents (advanced troubleshooting) Develop automations to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead Manage configurations, change processes, and enforce security/compliance practices Support SRE, DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams with integrations, dashboards, and alerting Collaborate with Elastic vendor on escalations, best practices, and roadmap evolution Translate platform data into actionable dashboards and business/technical insights Contribute to technical proposals (solution design, scoping, and estimations) Conduct technical assessments to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities Lead and execute PoCs and pilot projects to validate architecture and performance Provide technical support in managed services, ensuring SLA compliance and service continuity Support ongoing operations, including incident analysis and delivery tracking Produce technical documentation, assessment reports, and handovers Work closely with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, operations, architecture) Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with Elastic Stack in production environments Experience in consulting, systems integration, technical pre-sales, or service delivery Strong expertise in Elasticsearch (indexing, search, ingestion pipelines, observability) Experience with technical assessments, PoCs, and proposal development Experience supporting managed services operations Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills Experience with automation, scripting, and resilient operations practices Solid understanding of security, high availability, and distributed systems Strong communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams Consultative, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset Nice to Have Elastic certifications Experience in observability, monitoring, and security analytics Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and large-scale operations Experience in enterprise environments and multi-client projects Background in consulting firms or system integrators Experience with 24x7 support or mission-critical environments What we Offer Good work environment Salary range - B2B - 180€ - 210€ daily Career development Continuous training and certifications By applying, you accept our GDPR policies.
