At Papa in Shape, we create bold, performance-driven content that inspires people to transform their fitness journey. As our Creative Strategist, you'll be the brain behind the ads: turning data into creative concepts, coordinating production with editors and creators, and pushing out content that doesn't just look good — it converts.
You'll be working fully remote with a high-energy team (copywriter, video editors, UGC creators, founders) to produce content that fuels growth, maximizes ROAS, and makes Papa in Shape stand out in a crowded market.
What You'll Do
Creative Strategy & Performance Alignment
* Turn campaign objectives and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL) into smart creative roadmaps.
* Use customer psychology, Create processes and methods for copymining and competitor research, and competitor insights to shape messaging that hits.
* Work with paid media teams to find the right storytelling angles for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Briefing & Production Oversight
* Own the creative briefing process (designers, editors, copywriters, UGC actors).
* Deliver sharp, structured briefs that speed up execution and kill misalignment.
* Oversee quality of assets, give clear feedback, and iterate fast.
* Test multiple formats: UGC, motion, static, multi-frame, interactive.
UGC & Creator Strategy
* Scout, brief, and manage UGC creators aligned with Papa in Shape's goals.
* Build a pool of creators by vertical and scale collaborations.
* Ensure smooth integration of UGC into ads with the media team.
* Track UGC performance and double down on what converts.
Performance Reporting & Optimization
* Apply test-and-learn frameworks to messaging, visuals, and formats.
* Deliver post-campaign creative reports with actionable insights.
* Work closely with analytics & media to tie creative directly to business results.
Trend Scouting & Innovation
* Keep a constant eye on new ad trends, formats, and hooks.
* Build a swipe file and concept library to speed up ideation.
* Push bold ideas that differentiate Papa in Shape from the competition.
Requirements
* Fluent French / English
* 3–5+ years in creative strategy (e-commerce or agency, performance-driven).
* Direct response mindset: you know how to make people click, convert, and stay.
* Fluent in platform nuances: Meta, Google Ads, Motion App, Hyros, Google Analytics, YouTube, Adobe creative, Canva …
* Collaborative: thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional growth teams.
* Balanced: mix creative instinct with data-backed decisions.
