The Role Overview
* This role combines operations, product ownership, customer success, marketing and executive support in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations: Assist with day-to-day processes including customer support, marketing, financial processes and internal reporting.
* Product Ownership: Support the development and management of our interview preparation solution, gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
* Customer Success & Sales: Liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos and identify opportunities for growth.
* Executive Support: Assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation and operational tasks.
Your Profile
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese are essential for this role.
