Description
* Be the first point of contact for our customers and service partners in case of technical issues;
* Offer support in resolving technical issues via email or via telephone;
* Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of information between parties;
* Process the support cases within Schmitz Cargobull Systems;
* Work closely with our Service Partner Network and Cargobull Euroservice;
* Involve 2nd Level Aftersales Support when needed;
* Provide reports about completed cases;
* Give feedback regarding potential process improvements
Profile
* Completed vocational training in a technical field;
* German language required (both spoken and written);
* English language required (both spoken and written);
* Additional language skills are considered an advantage;
* Proficiency in MS Office Programs;
* Previous experience in automotive or similar industries is an advantage (especially dealing with spare parts or repairs);
* Analytical and structured approach;
* Team and cooperation skills;
