As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare team, with a focus on specialty care and hospital environments.Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in hospital and specialty care settings- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions using IQVIA's data, technology, and consulting capabilities- Lead business development initiatives and manage complex sales cycles- Engage with senior stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical directors, and procurement leads- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term account planningRequirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry- Proven track record working with hospitals, specialty clinics, or public/private healthcare institutions- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)- Strong understanding of specialty care areas (e.G., oncology, immunology, rare diseases)- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and healthcare decision-making structuresSkills- Excellent consultative selling and strategic account management skills- Strong communication and presentation abilities, including C-level engagement- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights- Skilled in contract negotiation and managing complex sales cycles- High adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, matrixed environments- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented- Team player with a collaborative mindsetWhat We Offer- A dynamic and innovative work environment at the forefront of healthcare transformation- Opportunities to work on impactful projects in specialty care and hospital markets- Career development and international exposure within a global organization- Competitive compensation and benefits, including a company carReady to Make an Impact?
