Responsibilities
* Lead the technical design and implementation of software development solutions.
* Support and integrate Artificial Intelligence initiatives .
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop customized solutions that meet business needs.
* Ensure scalability, performance, and security of implemented solutions.
* Mentor and guide full-stack engineers and developers, promoting development best practices.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering (experience with AI is a plus).
* Solid experience integrating custom development solutions with enterprise systems (e.G., ERP, CRM, middleware).
* Proficiency in Python, React, Node.Js, or Java .
* Strong technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills .
* Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
