By combining innovation, operational excellence, and digital solutions, we help companies optimize their financial processes and enhance overall performance.Recognized multiple times for workplace culture, career growth, and employee experience, we offer an environment where professionals can truly build long‐term careers.Your Role As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will take ownership of end‐to‐end Order‐to‐Cash operations while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute O2C activities: order management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution.Monitor and review AR aging reports, implement collection strategies, and reduce DSO.Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, and negotiate payment terms.Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, internal controls, IFRS, and tax regulations.Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.Support month‐end and quarter‐end closing activities and financial reporting.Mentor and support junior team members.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax.Your ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations.Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team‐lead capacity.Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).Exposure to global environments and multi‐currency transactions.Advanced Excel and reporting skills.Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent German (written & spoken – advanced level).Advanced English (C1 level).If you don't meet every single requirement but believe you have relevant experience, we still encourage you to apply.What We OfferPermanent contract.Competitive compensation package.14 salaries per year.Performance bonus (300€ paid for 11 months).Welcome bonus: 3,000€ (paid in 12 instalments).Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day.Health insurance from Day 1 (free after 6 months).Relocation support: Shared accommodation for 12 months (full details will be shared during the interview process).Career development & leadership programs.Full paid training.Modern office in central Porto.#J-18808-Ljbffr
