Role and Responsibilities
We are hiring for a full-time Analyst position.
The role offers a long-term opportunity for professional growth and hands-on involvement in live M&A projects.
Working closely with partners and senior team members, you will participate in all stages of M&A transactions — including origination, financial analysis, valuation, and execution of sell-side, buy-side, and fund-raising mandates:
· Drafting of information memorandums, teasers and pitches
· Financial analysis and business plan modelling
· Market research and sectorial targeting
· Assistance in due diligence processes
· Business valuations and construction of financial models
Candidate Profile
· Strong academic background, Degree in Finance, Management and Economics areas
· Up to 1 year of professional experience in similar role will be valued (investment banking, private equity, consulting or financial advisory)
· Fluency in Portuguese and English
· Strong numerical and analytical skills, aptitude to think strategically
· Autonomous and multi-tasking
· Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritisation
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
