Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and maintenance for our systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
About the Role
* Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents/requests raised by monitoring systems or reported by customers.
* Efficiently operate monitoring systems and escalate L3 and above incidents/requests to other teams.
* Perform routine procedures and off-hours scheduled tasks.
* Troubleshoot networks and systems, ensuring reliable operations.
Requirements
* At least a 12th-grade education or current university attendance.
* Previous experience in similar functions.
* Strong computer skills in Windows, Unix/Linux, and virtualization environments.
* Knowledge of structured networks and TCP/IP protocols.
* Availability for 24/7 shifts.
* Good knowledge of English.
