Job Overview
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional tooling projects forward. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance tracking and reporting of sustaining supplier activities (tool needs)
* Collaborate with system development initiatives and provide valuable insights for improvement
* Maintain and evolve the "Sustaining Tool App" to meet growing demands
* Establish effective project team setups and negotiate resource allocation
* Drive fast-track decisions throughout all project phases
* Evaluate and define best replacement/duplication concepts to optimize efficiency
* Coordinate PCN process for enhanced communication and collaboration
* Work in tandem with Core Team leaders to identify and fulfill customer requirements
* Monitor and coordinate Sustaining projects to achieve strategic objectives
* Provide actionable recommendations to improve project progress and outcomes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management
* Proficiency in English; German is an added asset
* Excellent written, documentation, and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with current automotive products
* Ability to navigate complex multi-functional areas and overcome obstacles
