We’re looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead the Customer Experience at Manie!

At Manie, we believe that delivering an exceptional customer journey is key to our success. If you’re passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, enhancing AI tools, and making every customer interaction count — this could be your next role.

What will you do?

???? Lead and scale the Customer Success department, including support operations, backoffice coordination, and AI-assisted service.

???? Define and oversee the customer support strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall customer journey.

???? Own the performance and continuous improvement of our AI chatbot (Fin AI), ensuring it delivers accurate, helpful, and human-like responses.

???? Analyze customer interactions and support data to identify gaps, opportunities, and actionable improvements.

???? Create and maintain knowledge bases, training content, and support documentation to empower both our team and our AI.

???? Coach and develop the support team, ensuring excellence in service and alignment with Manie’s tone and values.

???? Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Operations to ensure the voice of the customer is central to decision-making.

Who are you?

️ You have a proven track record leading Customer Success or Support teams, ideally in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

️ You’re both strategic and hands-on — capable of building systems, leading people, and solving problems.

️ You’re passionate about customer experience, team leadership, and operational excellence.

️ You’re comfortable working with AI tools or eager to own their continuous improvement.

️ You communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and make data-informed decisions.

️ You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional teams.

️ Bonus: You speak Spanish — we’re expanding into Spain, so language skills are a big plus!

️ Extra points if you’ve worked in startups or in the energy/utilities sector.
