About the Challenge
We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing accurate financial reports. Candidates should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
What you’ll do:
* Document all financial transactions for tax and record-keeping purposes.
* Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
* Review and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial regulations; support internal and external audits.
* Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
* Collaborate with other departments to support financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
What we’re Looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Certified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience (mandatory).
* Proven internal accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Experience handling international transactions.
* Proficiency in accounting software (PHC) and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with international trade, taxation, PT2030 projects, and intangible assets accounting.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
