UNEPREF is seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a prominent shopping centre. You'll work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth operations, outstanding presentation, and exceptional experiences for both retailers and customers.

Your key responsibilities:
Assist with tenant communication, lease administration, and arrears management
Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and presentation standards across the centre
Support budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking
Liaise with service providers, contractors, and key stakeholders
Contribute to marketing initiatives and casual mall leasing activity
