Description
Support the production and delivery of regulatory reporting (PRIIPsKIDs, EMT,EPT) and fund marketing documents;
Maintain and validate product data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
Assist with UCITS and AIF fund registrations, liaising with regulators, local agents, and legal stakeholders;
Monitor registration status and maintain trackers to ensure ongoing compliance;
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely data flow and reporting;
Contribute to process optimisation and automation initiatives within the Marketing Services function.

Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline;
1-5 years' experience within the asset management/fund industry;
Solid understanding of UCITS and AIFM regulatory frameworks;
Strong Excel skills; exposure to fund data platforms (e.g. Fundsquare, FE fundinfo) is advantageous;
Detail-oriented, organised, and collaborative mindset;
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
