About the Role
Holborn Assets is seeking a highly capable CBI Pipeline / Case Manager / Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Albufeira. This is a key role in progressing sales pipelines efficiently and ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders such as attorneys and fund managers.
We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, is process-driven, and is laser-focused on pipeline progression. Prior experience in the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) industry is highly advantageous, though we will also consider candidates with strong pipeline and case management backgrounds in related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and advance a high-volume sales pipeline efficiently
* Liaise with internal administration, legal professionals, fund managers, and clients
* Monitor cases to ensure timely progression and delivery
* Handle client communications, resolve concerns, and maintain positive engagement
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce completion times
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
* Able to challenge stakeholders constructively to ensure prompt action
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong objection-handling abilities and a calm, client-focused demeanor
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and case management tools
* Fluent in English; Portuguese fluency preferred
Preferred Background:
* Experience in CBI, Portuguese real estate, legal services, or a similar fast-paced client-facing industry
* Proven track record in pipeline or sales support roles
