Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Advisor in our French Service and Delivery E-commerce Support department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and wants to make a real impact.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer, seller, and creator enquiries proficiently and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations. You will also be responsible for identifying root causes of reported issues and providing appropriate resolutions to deliver excellent service.
You will work closely with other teams and departments to resolve customer issues, follow up, and ensure close-looping on all escalations. Additionally, you will look for opportunities to identify ongoing issues and eliminate repeat complaints, reduce escalation rates, and enhance operating processes to improve overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you must have native or proficient level French (C2) and intermediate level English (B2). You should also have analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver.
You must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal and be available to work from our site in Sete Rios, Lisbon. Your working hours will be from 9am to 9pm UTC+1, Monday to Sunday.
