Responsibilities

Mentor and guide full-stack engineers and developers, promoting development best practices.

Requirements
10+ years of experiencein software engineering (experience with AI is a plus).
Solid experience integratingcustom development solutionswith enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, middleware).
Proficiency inPython, React, Node.js, or Java.
Strongtechnical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Fluency in Portuguese(mandatory).
Bachelor's or Master's degreein Computer Science or a related field.
