What are we looking for?
Job Description:
* Proactively define technical solutions in collaboration with technical teams (architecture, cybersecurity, integration, etc.).
* Collaborate in the design of functional diagrams to support decision-making and serve as the foundation for technical solutions.
* Monitor development activities, quality environment deployments, and coordinate integrated testing.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with business teams prior to production releases for projects and other developments.
* Prepare and deliver information to analysis teams.
* Request effort and cost estimates from technical teams.
* Act as the escalation point for operational incidents related to platforms in this area.
* Manage incident priorities based on criticality and the number of users affected.
* Regularly monitor and follow up on the progress of incident resolution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specification, implementation, and follow-up of digital solutions.
* Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and incident management.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with technologies such as Flutter and MERN stack (mandatory); experience with SQL and Java is a plus.
* Strong ability to analyze technical documentation and system architecture.
* Knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem and its various components (Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc.).
* Fluency in both Portuguese and English .
* Fluency in Spanish is optional but valued.
* Proactivity, analytical thinking, and autonomy.
