Your Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. - Handle complaints and provide effective solutions. - Maintain accurate records of interactions. Requirements: - Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken - Previous customer service experience is a plus. - Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends. - Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory, there is no relocation assistance for this role. - Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection. - EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal or a job-seeker visa for Portugal Work Schedule: this role is full-time position, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, however, it follows a rotational pattern of shifts, which can be scheduled accordingly to the following hours, depending on a day (there are still 5 working days a week): - Monday to Friday: 09:00 21:30 (rotational shifts) - Saturday: 09:00 20:00 (rotational shifts) - Sunday: 10:00 19:00 - Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Ready to join our team, working for a globally renowned brand without leaving your home?
