We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious sales leader to spearhead our operations in Portugal.

As a country manager, you will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
o Business Growth & KPI Achievement: Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND).
o Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire Business Development lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance.
* Client & Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.
* Market Research & Competitive Insights
Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behavior, and market dynamics in the region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
* Localized Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.
