The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
The Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) team at EY aims to support various entities, from family businesses and startups to large multinational corporations, in meeting their financial, accounting, and tax obligations, among others, in the various countries and sectors where they operate.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Accounting & Compliance: Support our clients in their financial, accounting, and tax processes (e.g., preparation, classification, and recording of accounting documents, preparation and interpretation of year-end closings, assistance in audit processes, preparation of financial statements, tax and VAT returns, ...);
- Reporting: Work on management reports, budgets, analytical accounting, using state-of-the-art digital tools;
- Temporary assignments: Depending on client needs, you may support specific tasks/processes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, credit control, internal optimization projects, etc.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate in accounting, management, economics, finance, or similar fields;
- Team spirit and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Organizational and planning abilities;
- Strong computer skills from a user perspective, with a focus on Excel;
- Strong analytical skills, methodical approach, and critical thinking;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Immediate availability;
- Residence in Lisbon - preferably in Sintra;
