An HR Manager is needed to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within the Pharma industry.

Our client is a fast growing national company in the Pharmaceutical sector, one of the biggest players in their field.
Description
Act as the liaison with the outsourcing company currently handling payroll, with the intention of eventually internalising the process;
Manage outsourced workers and oversee their potential transition to the company's internal staff (around 15 per year);
Coordinate training initiatives;
Develop strategies to maintain high retention levels;
Create and implement performance evaluations;
Coordinate salary increase processes and develop bonus policies;
Provide coaching to Managers;
Coordinate team‑building activities.
Profile
Academic degree in HR, Management or similar;
Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions;
Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical sector and international contexts is highly valued;
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices;
Fluent English (mandatory);
Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
