Role Description
A strong understanding of the Manufacturing domain is required. The ideal candidate will liaise with peers to ensure support, adherence to standards and consistency in solution designs.
The candidate must understand and articulate business needs for projects, considering capabilities, risks, system dependencies. They will analyze architecture alternatives, drive solution selection conversations, provide recommendations on best options, considering input from product teams and business stakeholders.
The ability to simplify complex problems to drive initiatives is essential. The candidate will support customer engagement in all phases of software development life cycle from consulting to implementation.
They will help enable customers in their transformative journey - establish themselves as trusted partners with customers to drive engagement.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision. They will prepare and conduct customer workshops. Additionally, they will act as a team lead and coordinator.
Requirements
* 5 years of SAP manufacturing consulting experience.
* 2 full SAP ME / MII project implementation experiences desired.
* 1 SAP DMC implementation / Proof of concept / Pilot desired.
* Exposure to SAP PM/PP-PI/QM desired.
* Experience in DMC core areas of application configuration, BOM, Routing, Data Collection, Resource Orchestration, Shopfloor Designer, Insights, and Interface to SAP SCC/S4HANA.
* Sound understanding of different Plant Landscapes, Integration Methodologies and Positioning of SAP MII and DMC desired.
* Knowledge on Cloud Integration (CPI).
* SAP Certified C_S4CMA_2208 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud (public) - Manufacturing Implementation desired.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in Italian with excellent communication skills - would be a plus.
