Key Responsibilities:

* Customer advisory in improving laboratory organization and providing the best solutions considering customer needs.

* Continued attention to customer, providing product information, encouraging cross-selling and introducing new techniques based on cost efficiency.

* Coordinate installations, interacting with different departments involved (Logistics, Technical Service, Product Managers, etc.).

* Keep training level of users of analyzers and reagents and manage appropriate documentation.

* Check service level offered by different departments of company assigned centers reducing risk of complaints.

* Work together with KAM and Business Unit in management of opportunities and risks.

* Tender management (specification and profitability analysis, preparation of necessary documentation, litigation support).

* Achieve sales and commercial targets established by company.

* Fulfill Ethics Code of Werfen Group.
