Profile: - Proven experience in financial management, budget control, and cash flow analysis;
- Experience in budget reconciliation and preparation of payment plans;
- Track record of managing multi-hundred-million-dollar budgets;
- More than 8 years of experience with strong practical financial management skills;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities;
- Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia and adapt to a rotational off-site schedule;
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project budgets, cash flow statements, and financial plans;
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate reporting of expenditures and revenues;
- Prepare and maintain payment plans and manage financial risk;
- Collaborate with project teams and the client to provide timely financial updates and strategic insights;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and external regulations;
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.
