We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic automotive project team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting complex applications, with hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms and Android environments. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth application operations, resolving incidents, and collaborating with development teams to continuously improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide production support for enterprise applications in a fast-paced automotive project.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud and Android environments.
* Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
* Monitor application performance, report issues, and suggest process improvements.
* Maintain documentation of systems, incidents, and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field/experience.
* 3+ years experience in Application Support, preferably in enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
* Experience with Android application environments and mobile application support.
* Proficient in SQL, scripting languages, and troubleshooting tools.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of Java/Kotlin, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring tools.
* Experience in the automotive industry or with large-scale enterprise applications.
