Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Controller Assistant to collaborate with our team in shaping the future of mobility through strategic financial management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Control, or Audit.
* Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Develop comprehensive annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Variance Analysis:
o Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
* Financial Modeling:
o Create advanced financial models to inform decision-making and scenario evaluation.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office 365, and business intelligence tools like Power BI, SAP, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for this role.
