* Design and launch high-performing SEM landing pages utilizing Unbounce, driving conversions and enhancing campaign ROI.
* Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve website UX/UI (e.g., homepage navigation updates) and optimize SEM campaign effectiveness.
* Provide comprehensive ad-hoc analytics reporting to marketing and project management stakeholders, addressing specific project needs with precision.
* Monitor and investigate anomalies in analytical data, such as discrepancies in lead source attribution in Salesforce or issues with SEM leads syncing in Marketo.
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of A/B testing on the website, including planning, execution, and result analysis to continually refine and enhance user experience.
* Develop automated tools to generate custom reports at regular intervals, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely data.
* Conduct thorough reviews of automated reports to verify data accuracy and maintain confidence in analytics output.
* Stay abreast of the latest SEO and SEM trends and advancements, applying cutting-edge practices to refine analytics and deliver meaningful insights.
Experience:
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics, web tracking implementation, and data reporting in a B2B environment.
* Prior experience working in the SaaS, cloud technology, or a similarly fast-paced tech industry is strongly preferred.
* Technical Skills & Tools:
* Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio or other BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
* Experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo for tracking lead attribution and campaign performance.
* Experience using Unbounce to create and optimize landing pages.
* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
* Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
