We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Supply Chain team of an international energy company.
This role will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Supply Chain Management team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team Process and track invoices Perform accurate data entry Maintain records and filing systems Review and file purchase orders Administer documents via DocuSign Manage files stored in SharePoint Provide additional administrative support as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of experience in an office environment preferred Proficient in MS Office applications Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit Familiarity with IFS is a plus, but not required What we offer: Integration into a solid and growing international company Collaborative and multicultural work environment Hybrid work model (Lisbon)
