We are currently looking for a Program Integration Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities within a large-scale, complex IT program.
This role is focused on ensuring quality, stability, and alignment across multiple integrated systems, playing a critical role in digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.

Your Tasks
* Define and implement the integration testing strategy on a program level.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) test cycles.
* Manage a portfolio of ~10 parallel testing initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
* Coordinate test managers, QA teams, program stakeholders, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
* Manage test environments and system dependencies.
* Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and reporting artifacts.
* Oversee defect lifecycle management (identification, tracking, resolution).
* Ensure test coverage aligned with business requirements.
* Monitor risks and define mitigation strategies across the program.
* Report on testing progress, quality metrics, and key issues to stakeholders.
* Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Test Manager, ideally in integration or E2E testing contexts.
* Experience managing large-scale testing programs with multiple parallel initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification is a plus).
* Experience with test management tools (e.G., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
* Solid understanding of system architectures and integrations (APIs, middleware, etc.).
* Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
* Strong leadership and coordination skills across distributed teams.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with SAP, ERP, or complex enterprise systems.
* Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
* Technical background in development or QA automation.
* Experience with Tricentis Tosca.
