* Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
* Keep candidate profiles well-described and updated for future reference.
Requirements:
* Proficient in English (spoken and written).
* Prior experience recruiting internationally, particularly sourcing high-volume/language speakers for roles in Europe - mainly BPO roles.
* Able to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
* Excellent time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
* Ability to develop own sourcing strategies/utilizing own network.
