This role places a strong emphasis on key account management, ensuring existing clients receive a high level of service, ongoing engagement, and timely support. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the sales function, including the effective use of Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity.The position involves building long-term client relationships, coordinating renewals and licensing activities, assisting with quotations and contract administration, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure an efficient and responsive customer experience.The successful candidate will be based in our Lisbon office.Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within Portugal and Brazil Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, including universities, research institutes, and corporate clients Work alongside team to develop promotional plans and communicate with all software Assist Sales & Business Development with the Sales and Marketing of new Software releases and develop promotional plans Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead generation and client success Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions (as needed) Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy Provide high level of customer service. Accurate data inputting on Salesforce system, of all customer's details and any information regarding the Sales and Invoicing processes. Checking data accuracy for incoming purchase orders and contact clients to obtain missing information. Liaise with Orders and Accounts Teams to complete sales processes, supporting where needed. Help with preparation and execution of tender processes and comply with customer and regional regulations. Work closely with Sales and Business Development Manager to ensure all areas of business are well supported and report important customer feedback. Collaborate with Sales & Business Development Manager and Econometrician to develop Training Course Calendar and pipeline of opportunities across training and consultancy Have accurate knowledge of sales targets. Stay up-to-date with new products and features launched.
