About the Role The Head of Technology and Product, reporting to CEO, will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our initiatives, leading our technology and product teams in a start up environment. This leader will oversee the development of cutting-edge products and solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of technology into the business's growth objectives. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy:Lead and inspire technology and product teams, aligning strategies with company goals.Team Building & Development:Build and scale high-performing teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and providing mentorship.Product Development:Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and market feedback.Technology Leadership:Adopt cutting-edge technologies to support growth and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure.Execution & Delivery:Ensure timely product and tech delivery, managing roadmaps and cross-functional coordination.Continuous Improvement:Establish best practices, keep up with industry trends, and ensure products stay competitive. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within technology and product, with a strong track record of success in high-growth environments.Experience in managing and scaling cross-functional teams across technology and product disciplines (engineering,infrastructure,product management, etc.).Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.A hands-on leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams while maintaining high standards of accountability and performance.Experience in building scalable systems and products for rapid scaling and global expansion.Strong understanding of both the technical and business sides of product development and technology leadership.Fluency in both Portuguese and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus) What We Offer Opportunity to shape the technology and product area in a fast-growing, tech-driven organization.A collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven work environment.Competitive salary.Remote work flexibility.
