Your new role
As a Workday Support Specialist, you will provide first-line assistance to users, ensuring smooth operation of the Workday platform. Your responsibilities will include performing basic configurations, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents and optimise HR processes. You will also contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
