Job Summary
Mission: To provide exceptional maintenance services on a day-to-day basis and perform Ken-Fix It tasks to hotel rooms and public areas.
* To assist with the hotel's maintenance work.
* To maintain equipment and tools in good order and organize all stores.
* Responsible for the proper use and security of Ken-Fixit equipment and trolley.
* Responsible for engineering-related guest room requests and responses in a timely manner.
* Responsible for repairing or replacing all types of tiles, floors, and walls as needed.
* Responsible for repairing and fixing damaged shelving and furniture when necessary.
* Responsible for repairing and replacing broken windows, doors, and locks.
* Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
* Carry out general painting works as required.
* Carry out general plumbing repairs and silicon sealant replacement, etc.
* Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklists to complete rooms' preventative maintenance processes efficiently and effectively.

Education/Professional Experience
We require:
* A high school degree or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a Ken Fix It technician.
Language Skills
Good communication skills in Portuguese and English are essential.
