Role OverviewThis role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of office operations while providing administrative support to management and various internal functions. You will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing documentation, and supporting both HR and financial processes. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily office operations; Provide direct administrative support to management and leadership teams; Organize schedules, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and internal events; Manage and maintain administrative documentation in an organized manner; Act as a point of contact with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders; Support Human Resources activities, including administrative processes, training coordination, and internal procedures; Assist with administrative tasks related to financial management; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization; Handle telephone communications and support both internal and external interactions. RequirementsHigh school diploma in Administrative Studies or a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field; Previous experience in roles such as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar; Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively; High level of responsibility, autonomy, and productivity; Ability to collaborate across different departments within the organization; Detail-oriented, structured, and results-driven approach; Proficiency in standard IT tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables; Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage; High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling and analyzing data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
