People Project Support Specialist
Job Summary: The Project Support Specialist will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific People projects within Lisbon.
This role involves coordinating with different teams, managing timelines, and ensuring all legal and organisational requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have, legal background experience, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in defining project objectives and validating them with relevant teams.
- Support the development of detailed action plans, including responsibilities and timelines for each phase of the project.
- Coordinate with other departments to finalise resources and any required incentives.
2. Communication:
- Draft and review communication plans for informing stakeholders about project progress, ensuring clarity on objectives and timelines.
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely notification of any changes or updates.
3. Consultation and Legal Compliance:
- Organise and participate in meetings with legal teams and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal notifications and representations are set up within the required timelines.
- Monitor the project period for any objections or issues raised by stakeholders.
4. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all actions are completed on time and within scope.
5. Additional Support:
- Assist with any other tasks as required to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Requirements:
- Human Resources, Legal or Business degree
- Professional experience as an HR legal advisor for at least 5 years
- Legal background experience on Labour law application
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management or a related field
- Knowledge of legal and organisational requirements for project execution – this is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
