Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify top talent through targeted searches on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
* Transform hiring needs into search strategies and outreach campaigns.
* Track sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies.
* Closely collaborate with Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Managers to align candidate profiles with role requirements.
* Support employer branding initiatives to promote open roles and company culture on relevant channels.
* Keep candidate databases and pipelines updated and organized for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills (Core Skills):
* Able to conduct targeted searches and build effective Boolean strings.
* Skilled in identifying engaging potential candidates across multiple sourcing channels.
* Solid time management and task completion skills.
* High accountability and proactive approach to tasks.
* Familiarity with the region or ability to commute.
* Fluent English B2+ minimum.
