We are looking for a Sales Assistant as sick leave cover.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and process Portugal Sales team orders according to Sonae Arauco's commercial policies and procedures;
Coordinate and monitor the clients orders' production and dispatch, ensuring compliance with the agreed delivery time;
Keep clients informed of the order's status and estimated delivery date;
Record and follow up client's commercial complaints, liaising them with the respective teams, and if needed preparing credit notes;
Manage the client order book – quantities and portfolio – and identify alternatives and solutions for the client.

* Ability to work in a team environment, as well as to collaborate cross functionally;
* Good proficiency in SAP and MS Office (mandatory);
* Fluency in English and Spanish (preferential).
